Just Fifteen Minutes Of Exercise Helps You Live Longer
Exercise helps to strengthen your heart, lower your blood pressure, and alleviate stress. Although many individuals are aware of this, they disagree on how hard one should exercise. The American Journal of Medicine published a study on exercise intensity in 2016. The authors discovered that 15 minutes of daily exercise increased one’s life expectancy by three years compared to their counterparts.

“The truth is that if you exercise for health, it takes very little effort to realize great advantages,” said Dr. Harvey Simon, lead author of the study and an assistant professor at Massachusetts General Hospital. He said that 15 minutes of walking or gardening reduces the chance of having a heart attack or stroke.
