Cancer cells can be destroyed by olive oil. Extra virgin olive oil contains oleocanthal, an anti-cancer compound. It is claimed to be able to rip the lysosome membranes of cancer cells. Olive oil helps to release enzymes from the cells and subsequently destroys the entire cell by rupturing the membrane.
