Breakfast is being skipped
Many people believe that intermittent fasting is the best way to lose weight quickly. However, skipping breakfast is scientifically proven to be beneficial to a healthy diet. “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day,” you may have heard. It is, after all. Eating a balanced breakfast (fruit, nuts, grains, yogurt, healthy carbs, eggs…the list goes on) increases energy, kick starts the metabolism, reduces overeating later in the day, and provides a sense of healthy structure and routine to one’s day, according to studies. Skipping meals can result in fatigue and headaches.
