Not Brushing Your Teeth Before Bedtime
Brushing your teeth is probably something you’ve always been told is important, and it is. Brushing your teeth helps to prevent food buildup, which can cause decay, plaque, cavities, and a variety of other issues. Brushing your teeth also aids in the preservation of your pearly whites…pearly and white! The most important time to brush your teeth, according to the Oral Health Foundation, is right before bed. This, along with brushing at least once more during the day, flossing, and regular dental checkups, constitutes a healthy oral hygiene regimen.
