NO ONE likes a whiner. And no one likes it when they are constantly complaining. Even if they are unaware, seemingly innocuous complaints contribute to an overall sense of negativity, dissatisfaction, and self-loathing. Your thoughts have a direct impact on your attitude and mood. When you are tempted to complain aloud about something. “Is this worth saying out loud?” ask yourself. Will this statement have a positive impact on anyone or anything? Will it change my feelings and/or behavior?”. If not, reconsider and come up with something positive and constricting instead.
