We understand: life is hectic almost all of the time. Regardless of how stressful life becomes, self-respecting people make time to focus on self-care.
Morning meditation routines or adding breathwork into your daily tasks are examples of self-care. Self-care can sometimes be as simple as listening to your favorite podcast while taking an evening walk. Whatever it is that brings you to your happy spot, you should do it every day.
