4-Saying absolutely nothing

Some people are not interested in engaging in conversation. They give brief responses or simply shrug and nod when appropriate. It’s possible they’re shy and introverted. But it’s not your obligation to carry the discussion for an hour while they act like a brick wall. You have the right to interaction, interest, and effort on their part. After all, the purpose of a date is to see if you are compatible. Don’t feel pressured to meet them again; a second date won’t be any more informative.
