3- High turnover

You’ve noticed a pattern since starting your job: employees leave, only to be replaced by new employees who will inevitably leave as well. Work isn’t an episode of “Unsolved Mysteries,” and you already know what’s going on: they’re leaving because they despise their jobs. Asking about the turnover rate during your interview is a fantastic strategy to protect yourself. If they suggest that it is high, you should probably decline their offer.
