We’ve all imagined what depression looks like. It’s depressing, low on energy, and disconnected from friends and family. While deep and long-term sadness is virtually always a feature of depression, it is far from the only one.
In reality, being clinically depressed without understanding it is feasible!
Because depression reduces the quality of life and can even lead to suicide, it is vital to get therapy if you or a loved one suspects they are suffering from it.
Please check our list of possible symptoms; some are evident, but others are deceptive.
1- Lingering sadness
Sadness is the most frequent, but not the only, sign of depression.
Depression-related sorrow is constant and might feel like a burden that prevents you from moving forward in life.
2- Exhaustion
Depression-related weariness, like melancholy, will make you feel as if you’re dragging through your day.
You will sleep for much longer periods of time than usual.
