8-Amy Farrah Fowler
Amy began as a supporting character who was portrayed in a negative way. She was as odd and quirky as Sheldon at the time but lacked all of his wonderful characteristics. Everyone but Sheldon despised her, including the audience and Penny, who liked everyone. Amy, thankfully, later received much-needed character development, allowing viewers to identify with her more.
