2-Having fewer physical intimacy expectations
There were many of people in an earlier dating age who had rules about being intimate after a particular amount of time. Many people were not physically involved until marriage if you go back far enough in time. This is not to shame being personal at whatever stage you are at; rather, it is to emphasize that sex and physical touch can muddy judgment and distort genuine connection. It can also result in inauthentic experiences if a guy is solely looking for sex towards the conclusion of the date.
