Craco, the Italian ghost city

Craco is an abandoned Italian ghost town in the southern Italian province of Matera. Due to continuous landslides, the city was evacuated in 1963. The ghost city can be located in the “depth” between the heel and soles of an Italian boot, just adjacent to the sea. Craco has become a very famous tourist attraction as a result of the evacuation, and they also prefer to film here. They also shoot a scene from Mel Gibson’s Passio here.
