This might seem illogical given that most couples reserve their wedding location at least six months in advance, but hear us out: Booking the location a few months before your wedding will save you up to 25%. Why? Because venues want to rent out their spaces so that they may generate money instead of just sitting there unbooked. (Obviously, this idea is excellent for couples who aren’t too set on a specific location.) You can even save up to 30% if you schedule your wedding on a Friday or Sunday rather than a Saturday.
