7- Put an end to multitasking
According to studies, if you work on three activities at once, you are likely to focus only 20% of your efforts on each task while spending 60% of your time transitioning between them. To say the least, this is inefficient! Also, when you concentrate on one work, you will surely do it faster, and you will feel relieved that you have one less thing to worry about!
