Taking care of a heart attack
Early treatment of a heart attack is critical because it prevents or at the very least limits permanent damage to coronary heart tissue. To begin, an ambulance should be called as soon as the initial symptoms appear. The therapy will be separated into three parts:
Rapid medications are those that can be administered at the onset of a stroke, even before the analysis is completed. These medications include aspirin to prevent the formation of various clots, nitroglycerine to reduce the strain on the heart and improve blood circulation via the coronary arteries, oxygen, and analgesics to relieve chest pain.
Thrombolytic medication: This is a class of medicines that operate to dissolve and remove clots that cause coronary artery blockage. For these medications to work completely, they must be administered within a few hours of the onset of symptoms or as soon as possible.
Coronary Arterioplasty: This is a non-surgical procedure that involves placing a catheter into a blood vessel (often in the thigh) and linking it to the blocked coronary heart artery in order to open it.
Various therapies: This includes a variety of coronary heart medications and surgical techniques. Similar to beta-blocker medicine, fatty (statin) medication, and surgical procedures (coronary artery bypass graft).
