The worst overeating combo contains a high concentration of protein, carbs, and fat. Unfortunately, these are served at the majority of Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. You can indulge on occasion, but avoid overeating on a daily basis. Reduce your portion sizes and eat only when you are hungry, not tired or bored.
