4. Margarine
The BIG misunderstandings about margarine are once again the result of poor marketing. People, it’s not healthy! It’s one of the least healthy foods you can eat. Cut it out, then! Margarine is more unnatural than you might imagine; it’s like a very bad substitute for butter manufactured from hydrogenated vegetable oils. It is purely chemical.
What’s wrong with it, then? Your heart, blood vessels, and cholesterol levels can all be harmed by trans fats. Make the switch to butter for a healthier option. You can spread avocado oil and olive oil on your toast as additional healthy substitutes. Please stay away from margarine!
